SIDs and ACCs sent to us via a shipping method that requires a signature at acceptance void our turnaround guarantee. You may ship using Express Mail, Fedex Overnight, or UPS Next Day, but make sure to check the box waiving the signature requirement. If you do ship signature required, however, we will do our best to get your package, perform the repair service, and return it to you as soon as possible.
